Who is Emily Leahy?
Creating this company has been a deeply personal and transformative experience for me. With 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, I've navigated the highs and lows of building businesses and helping others do the same.
Early Dedication to Performance
My dedication to performance began in high school when I recognized the critical need for a different approach. Immersing myself in wellness practices wasn't just a trend—it was a matter of sanity. In college, I started meditating, practicing yoga, studying behavioral science and intuitively time blocking my schedule to focus better.
Building Foundations
This journey led me to become a wellness certification junky and develop a children's performance nonprofit in 2009 while I was a teacher in Boston Public Schools. I trained school districts in Massachusetts and ran a college summer course for teachers. In 2013, I received an angel investment for a 2,000 square foot adult wellness and education center in Providence, RI.
Expanding Horizons
In 2015 I moved out to the West Coast to work with entrepreneurs, VC-backed founders, and executives in San Francisco until the pandemic hit. I then became a co-founder of an AI startup and worked with founders 1:1 for VIP retreats while living in Portugal. My journey has been a wild one, and my passion for performance has always been my anchor.
Developing Frameworks for Energy Management
Through countless hours of training, experience as a coach, serial entrepreneur and holistic practitioner I began putting all the puzzle pieces together. I developed my own frameworks for energy management to optimize efficiency that bridges the science and art of effort.
Focusing on Women's Performance
Supporting women in business performance has always been at the forefront of my work. However, I noticed a gap in traditional performance strategies that often mimicked men's strengths and didn't consider the unique physiological and cycles women experience. For both myself and many other women, it was common to plateau in growth. This made me more determined to find a solution not just for myself but for other women facing similar challenges.

We offer personalized coaching, immersive live experiences, and practical online education to help you sustain high performance under pressure and hormonal fluctuations. By leveraging your physiology as a woman, we provide performance strategies to start, scale, and lead.
